The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has officially opened the 2025 application system.
Applications are now open and can shut on 15 December 2024.
*** Who qualifies for NSFAS funding
To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant will have to meet the subsequent requirements:
• Be a South African citizen or copyright who emanates from a home which has a combined gross family earnings that does not exceed R350 000 for each annum.
• Individuals with disabilities qualify if their combined household cash flow won't exceed R600 000 per annum.

The NSFAS Loan Scheme for the missing middle is open up to all South African citizens and permanent inhabitants from homes with combined R350 000 and R600 000 for each annum.
